From a very young age, my Grandmother would take me to visit and care for my Grandfather’s grave site. I’d walk the cemetery reading names and dates—“always separated by a dash”—and wonder: who were these people? What did they look like? What did their voice sound like? What did they do during the “dash” of their lifetime?
Through the years, I’ve felt compelled to bring this silenced history to light—stories and “Memories Of A Lifetime” resting beneath the ground, unable to be told, shared, or heard—“Until Now.”
One morning in early December 2023, the idea became clear and the creation of Remembrance QR began. After extensive research, design, and development, Remembrance QR brings a beautiful and meaningful way to Honor, Preserve, and Share these precious memories.
